THE INTELLIGENT PRACTICE LAB SOLUTION

The high-quality construction out of cast aluminium guarantees best stability while maintaining the smallest footprint. The system is equipped with an integrated high-performance PC and a big touch screen display which facilitates a comfortable and ergonomic operation. The 3-fold block holder and 6 tools positions with sister (twin) tool function enable an efficient, safe and fast operating process with highest quality. In combination with all open scanners the CORiTEC one is ideally convenient for practice labs. As a supplemental system for the specialized processing of glass ceramics, zirconia, composite and premilled abutments the CORiTEC one leaves nothing to be desired either for clinics, labs or milling centers.

CAD/CAM block processing


The new CORiTEC one machine system is fitting perfectly for processing any common CAD/CAM blocks up to a size of 65 x 40 x 20 mm (maxi blocks). Thanks to the robust axis kinematics the machine is also able to process premilled abutments.

THE PROVEN 5-AXIS SYSTEM

The CORiTEC 250i and CORiTEC 250i dry machine systems are the most widely used CAD/CAM systems for applications of zirconium dioxide, PMMA or wax. Thanks to the 5-axis technology, these machines can also produce complex dentures with diverging stumps and undercut areas without further rework. Therefore, these systems are an ideal choice if a good price-performance ratio but also avery high equipment fl exibility is of importance. The processing of CAD/CAM blocks or premilled abutments is also possible by using the respective adapter systems. The compact 5-axis milling machine opens up a completely new machine segment. The CORiTEC 250i Loader PRO off ers automation and 5-axis simultaneous machining of circular blanks and blocks in the smallest space and at an attractive price-performance ratio. The milling system is equipped with a fully automatic 10-fold tool changer with 3 mm milling tools and an integrated touch-screen monitor, which facilitates an intuitive operation in conjuction with the new smart controlTM software. The fully automatic 6-fold blank changer off ers the possibility to process all common materials of the dental industry, an automated production is therefore feasible. THE AUTOMATED ALL-IN-ONE SOLUTION

The CORiTEC 350i processing system is an innovative machine concept, developed to meet any requirements of modern CAD/CAM processing. The processing of all relevant blank materials of cobalt chrome, titanium, zirconium dioxide, plastics, block materials, and new future materials is thus possible with a single machine system, virtually without restrictions. The optional zero-point clamping system of the CORiTEC 350i allows a simple blank change of the complete blank holder at the push of a button. In addition, the zero point clamping system can be used to clamp a wide range of adapter the system can be used for a variety of applications, e.g. different PreFab abutment holders, glass ceramic holders or the C-Clamp. The CORiTEC 350i Loader with fully automated blank magazine also enables versatile machining of up to 12 blanks in unmanned operation.

The high-resolution dynamic servo motors with absolute measuring systems used in the CORiTEC 350i PRO series guarantee up to 20 % faster machining with optimum precision. A further advantage of the PRO series is that this machine system is constructed from a one-piece machine frame made of polymer concrete and thus guarantees the highest possible stability for vibration-free machining. The CORiTEC 350i Loader PRO with fully automated blank magazine also enables versatile machining of up to 12 blanks in unmanned operation. Due to the precise repositioning of the zero point clamping system, different PreFab abutment holders can be used.

THE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTION FOR HIGHEST DEMANDS

As already implemented in the CORiTEC 350i PRO, the CORiTEC 350i PRO+ series also comes with high-resolution dynamic servo motors and absolute measuring systems. To use this advanced technology and to be able to fully exploit its full potential, the CORiTEC 350i PRO+ is equipped with a watercooled, powerful 3-fold hybrid ball bearing 2.6 kW milling spindle. Reaching the stability and reducing vibrations is given by the massive stainless steel blank holders. The water cooling ensures a constant temperature of the milling spindle, so thermal expansion of the milling spindle is significantly minimized and enables even more precise milling results. The CORiTEC 350i Loader PRO+ with fully automated blank magazine also enables the versatile machining of up to 12 blanks in unmanned operation.
